The monthly workbook
Type each shift on the Shifts sheet; the Staff sheet adds the hours by name, applies your method and gives each share and amount with formulas you can check.
Three years of records
A Record sheet with one line per month for 36 months: card, cash and service charges, the total, what was paid and carried, the date paid.
The policy, ready to hand out
The policy from the generator laid out as a document to print or save as PDF, with the section of the law each clause answers.
A staff notice
One page for the staff room: all tips go to staff, how they are shared, when they are paid, how to ask for the records.

Frequently asked questions
- Where do the numbers come from?
- From you. The pack is built from the split you made in the tip split calculator and the policy you wrote in the generator, both saved in this browser; the workbook recomputes the shares with formulas you can check. The legal figures (payment deadline, 3-year records, 4-week reply) come from legislation.gov.uk and gov.uk, with the date we read them.
- Is this legal or payroll advice?
- No. It is a workbook, a document and a notice built from your own choices and the published law. Your payroll provider runs the pay; check the policy against your contracts and take advice where your arrangements are unusual.
- Is Pro a subscription?
- It depends on the plan you pick above. A monthly plan renews until you cancel it from the Manage subscription link shown once Pro is open; a one-time purchase is paid once and stays open for good.
- Do I need an account?
- No. You pay on Stripe's page and come back here; Pro opens in this browser and stays open. For another browser or device, ask for your access link by email on this page.
- What about VAT or sales tax?
- Stripe is the merchant of record. Any tax that applies where you are is shown at checkout, and the receipt or invoice comes from Stripe by email.
- Can I get a refund?
- Pro opens the moment you pay. If it does not do what this page says, write within 14 days and you get a full refund. Details on the refund policy page.
- What do you store about me?
- Nothing on our servers. The checkout reference and the answer from the verification service are kept in this browser's local storage; the email you type at checkout goes to Stripe for the receipt and lets you reopen Pro elsewhere.
